Ugh, thanks for the warning. I shall pass it on in my circles. I hate when people do this. On their comments someone has noted how fast they have written it and they just said how it was already written. Well they weren't wrong about that.

Oh yes, they are aware - after their comment that it was so fast posting because it was already written I commented, that 'indeed it was' and gave the link to ellafrank's website. They deleted it within 10 mins and all comments are now moderated, so they are deliberately perpetuating the lie for whatever reasons.

One of their other comments implies they have previously taken down another fic, so that's interesting.

Oh - no - this is like the old micamonroe move. It's an older published fic which is recently being copied into AO3 without any references to suggest it is the original author.

DOH! *headdesk* I completely misunderstood. SamDean1987 stole it from the ORIGINAL author Ella Frank!!!! Yes, just like micamonroe. That is so slimy. Thanks for clearing that up. I completely misread that.

So it's AO3 that Ella Frank needs to complain to.

In case of any future issues they do also have a twitter which is an older account and mostly retweets
