Leanring how to save lives
So I went for my first full day on campus today, working with the doctors meeting the patients and the rest of the fellow students I'll be working with. They all loved my car. (THANKS DAD)
Here she is, My baby Kate.
Theres about twelve of us, everyone seems pretty nice so far. We all went to shadow some of the doctors. What did I learn?
....Its never lupus.
I got a bandanna for surgery, I do need to practice for my exams.
I'm hoping it brings me luck.
I met one of the pediatricians at Sacred Heart and his care for the kids was pretty impressive... but... well...
Have I mentioned how weird some of the people working her are?
We had to go down to the morgue later, met Doug he was in charge of handling every thing down there. Then we took an elevator ride and well...
He freaked out. A bit.
I walked in to the break room and managed to walk in to something... weird.
And during my lunch break? This.
It was, well this place is crazy. Fun, but crazy. Just thought Id give you guys an update, back to studying~
