When I click on the link to edit my form, it takes me to a blank form. Does that mean I have to fill out a new form to make an edit, or am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure, when I first did it I clicked on the link I'd saved and it went right back to my signup form. But now it's going to a blank one. I'll send y'all an email. Thanks!
