It's good to see our heroes getting some of the credit they deserve. And I love the details, the paper plates and lemonade, that make you feel like you really are at a small-town barbecue.

You've got some lovely turns of phrase in the first part, where you're describing the area, the hunt and the event.

This was so awesome; so adorable and touching with these lovely little insights into both Sam and Dean's character . And of course, the image of Dean whirling around to country music sat very well in my outlaw-country-loving heart. Not to mention my dance-loving heart. And my Dean-loving heart.

They are big damn heroes this is a wonderful tribute to them :)

Awww. It's nice to see the boys celebrating after a case, rather than booking it out of town or hiding out to tend to their wounds.

Fun fic! And now I want a Shiner Bock, but they don't sell them east of Pennsylvania. :(
