Before Andy, there was only Ellen, because that's the way Ellen liked to run things.

Not that Ash minded, much.

When Andy showed up at the Roadhouse and hovered around in Ash's back room, fingers all tight and twisting inside his sleeves, Ash wanted to keep him there. But the room still smelled of cunt and shame and dirty laundry, like the last time Ash had dropped to his knees and pushed between Ellen’s thighs because she wanted it. So Ash followed Andy outside to see what the kid had brought.

Turned out he'd brought just enough space for two.
