I'm looking for scenes with Sam at a hospital standing by someone's bed. I know of the episodes "Faith" & "In My Time Of Dying" but is there more ?

1.18, Something Wicked; there are hospital scenes but I can't remember if it's just Dean or if Sam goes there too.
2.13, Houses of the Holy; at the beginning Sam talks to the woman from the teaser.
3.5, Bedtime Stories; when they discover Callie.
3.10, Dream a Little Dream; they visit Bobby.
3.15, Time is on My Side; they talk to the guy who had his kidney removed.
4.6, Yellow Fever; it's an autopsy bed, but it's still in a hospital.
4.16, On the Head of a Pin; at the end when Dean's hooked up to the machines.
5.8, Changing Channels; where he does more than just stand beside a hospital bed.
5.11, Sam, Interrupted; hospital beds all over the place.
5.14, My Bloody Valentine; again, autopsy table (looking at the doc).
6.3, The Third Man; in the morgue.
6.6, You Can't Handle the Truth; again, in the morgue.
