[Spoilers, sweetie.]It wasn't what I expected, tbh. I mean, it wasn't bad, and as far as ways of losing them goes, it was a good one. I was in tears from the moment Rory went to get coffee, for heaven's sake, so I was prepared. Not for that, though. I loved that in the end, they were willing to die for and with each other. Idk. It was good, painful and heartbreaking and all the evil sadness that DW gives me, but it was good, for Moffat. I loved that River was there, that she got out, that she told him he had to keep companions, all that. She seemed more like what I loved in S5.
tl;dr FEELS AAAAGHHH
But now I kinda wanna spec about everyone forgetting the Doctor, that theme this year. I mean, it's already been a theme that everyone forgets. And often he removes himself from their lives to save them(Donna), so I can't help but wonder where Moffat is going with it.
Did anyone watch Elementary from Thursday? I was actually surprised by it, it wasn't that bad. My biggest beef still stands, but they managed to convince me that they can make it work, so I'll probably keep watching.
Anyone else watch Grey's Anatomy? The premiere ripped my heart out so much that I'm actually afraid of the next episode! So many tears!
Though, I was pmsing at the time. Earlier in the day I actually teared up at a Google Chrome commercial. The one where the dad and daughter use the internet to stay in touch. My eyes were wet, and then I had to laugh at myself for the sheer ridiculousness.
Yes, OMG! I kinda feel like the show has jumped the shark...maybe when George cheated on Callie? But I still really enjoy it. Alex, Avery and Owen are still there, so I have cuties to cling to....(not that Derek's not cute, but I'm not a big fan of his -- Patrick Dempsey, though, is awesome). And I still love all the chicks (well...not a big fan of Arizona). Anyway, I digress. MARK :*((((
