Locations List Update Complete

Finally done with this year's update. It's not as it should be, but RL really took over my life. I regret that I didn't have time to update the lists for Seasons 1-7, but I plan on working on them once VanCon is over.

Here's what's been done::: Season 8 has been included to the list. It's in 4 parts. It's also been turned into PDFs for printing
