Author's Notes: For the tamingthemuse prompt I used Dreamworld more as what Dean’s world has become, not a paradise but something where he doesn’t have to care so much.

Her hand trailed across his back, nails raking the skin lightly as the flesh tingled and twitched from the small bursts of electricity she sent racing across the naked skin. She circled around him her hand gripping his bicep tightly; almost hurting from the pressure she put on it.

The world was burning around them and her blue eyes were shining brightly.

"Deanie." she breathed "You finally woke up; I thought we had broken you." The fact that they hadn't seemed to cause her joy and Dean understood why. In her own twisted way Elle cared for him, she wanted him.

And she wouldn't like it if he got away from her, and him.

"He won't break." Dean shivered as he felt the rougher hand caress his chest and there was a sharp cruelty in that voice. His heart raced as the dark haired man came to stand in front of him. Those eyes bore into him and Dean felt himself sway towards him eyes fluttering as Sylar let his hand drop down to his hipbone cupping it possessively.

"He can't break." Sylar breathed out softly and Dean gasped as he felt a hot mouth latch onto his neck and he arched his back as Elle sucked at his skin teeth nipping and tongue lapping at the expanse of the golden unmarred body.

"He won't let him."

Dean knew it, knew that they would hold unto him. That they would never let him go.

Sam was gone; he was all wrapped up in Ruby now, fighting beside her in the war between the demons and the angels. They stood in the middle and Dean had got sick of it. After Anna's death he just couldn't take it anymore. There was no good or evil. Just death, and blood, and pain that never stopped.

It had been Castiel that had offered him a way out.

Dean's own fallen angel that had helped him leave, away from the growing bond between Sam and Ruby and right under the nose of Uriel. Uriel who never would have let him go, because Dean Winchester was a warrior for the lord and that’s all he could be. Because he was pulled out of Hell by an Angel and the he was marked as being theirs.

Castiel had lead him here. To these monsters that realized in death and watched the world bleed around them.

To two souls that were so twisted up in darkness that even Dean could sense it and Dean knew why.

Hell had left its mark on Dean. It had seeped into his every pore and all he could feel some days was that dark void and the invisible hooks that had torn his flesh apart. So he had been left with Sylar and Elle and they had welcomed him into their little fucked up lives.

And he watched the world die and writhe and Dean no longer had to fight for it. He didn't have a side, he wasn't a soldier, he no longer had to deny the darkness inside of him that was never going to go away.

The world was burning, torn apart by demons and angels and people who were too special and stupid to see that they were destroying everything around them.

But here with Elle and Sylar he didn't give a crap.

He let it burn.
