LJ has decided that we can not have "/" in tags. I am taking suggestions on how to fix our pairing tags. My first thought is something like GabrielxSam.
Hopefuly the issue will be handled soon as LJ says it will.
Unfortunately, the 'x' is typically used to denote a crossover in fandom, so that wouldn't work well. Actually, nothing but the '/' works well (says the fan of 30+years.). :-(
Hm, odd because I've never seen x really used for crossovers. When I first joined fandom using x for pairings was the dominate thing, especially in anime fandoms.
I'm harkening back to ancient usage and tradition, for I am OLD! And I've never been into anime, so there's that. :-)
Though, except a bit in Merlin bbc, I still see the 'x' used mostly for crossovers. Clearly we don't mostly occupy the same corners of fandom. Sam/Gabriel majorly excepted, of course.
