I really, really love Anna's face and (I know, I know) girl!Castiel's (Castiela? LOL) nose. They are really well done. And the shading is phenomenal.

Hmm, I'd still call her Castiel. I mantain that Castiel would have been at home in a female body the same as a male. They're angels, I don't think they had gender before they came to Earth.
