I believe they are the cast member reels for S6. I don't think it is more then just a short video of them getting promo shots taken for the CW & the show. I have noticed that when they run the preview for the next episode they use the S7 promos for J2 but have S6 promo of Misha. That's been making me wonder. I think they are teasing us.

As far as I know, there is no video that has been released that is the source for these gifs.

But they come from http://repimg.tumblr.com/ or andreas_ri who is someone who releases lots of high quality stills and things like this that no one else seems to have. :) They could come from somewhere else, I suppose, but I always see them from him/her first.

Yes, I think so, since the clothes match up and he was only wearing such weird ones because the trenchcoat was stolen en route to the shoot. I know right? These are some of the prettiest gifs of him I've seen, I think.

Yup, that's where they come from. The original trenchcoat had been stolen, so the gardrobe people used that lovely black outfit for Cas' promo pics & vids.
