Sam would totally go to Jody for help in this situation. It would be hard for her but she'd do it anyway because she's so sweet and strong and lovely. Loved this series of drabbles.

She is pretty much the only person they know with kid experience! I expect, though, that Sam might have tried for a while on his own and then decided nope--need help!

I love it that Sam went to Jody for help. How nice for her to be able to be a mother again, if even for a short time. And Dean really is in need for a little mothering.

Yes, somebody's got to make up for all those years where he had no mothering at all! Or at least hug him every once in a while...

Probably! I'll bet he was panicking, especially if Dean just stared at him and didn't talk. After all, Dean's the one who usually relates to younger kids in cases.

Now I'm picturing Sam hyperventilating and maybe wee!Dean attempting his "it's okay" routine.
