When I first came around this community was chugging with activity, themes, challenges, etc. Now you're only turning up if someone posts something. What gives?? I need you in my life!
I don't even know what to say to this. I didn't come here until recently, so this feels quasi-normal to me. Perhaps it's due to the new season not providing as many funny-bone tickling opportunities?
I really noticed that, too. It used to be the most happenin' comm around. It's died down a lot. Not sure why it has... I don't often have stuff I can post here, but I'm trying to remedy that. :-) I need Big Pretzel in my life, too!
If I can speak for my fellow mods... it's a RL situation. I've been focusing on my Amazon.com writing and sales, and I know the other ladies have had some health and job issues, so we're not around LJ very much.
For the newbies as well as the veterans around the comm - you are *always* free to issue a challenge to your fellow members. Reboot an idea the comm has used before, come up with something new, ask for input... We've got some very creative folks here! Go for it. :)
