What a brilliant idea to have Adam as a friendly ghoul. Maybe this is a side effect of eating living people, that sometimes the ghoul *becomes* that person much more fully than they do when they eat the dead; and maybe that's why the other ghouls were cannibalising them. It would also explain why most ghouls stick to corpses even though it has to be a sucky diet.
I really want the Winchesters to save Adam... but first they have to get those body parts back! I know they can do it... Adam still being alive while he's just a head was all kinds of messed up funny, just like the show. Loved how they will believe he's a monster over believing he's their brother - that's the Winchester life! And Dean really wanting Adam to be a werewolf hahaha. Dean does have a bit of an obsession with shooting werewolves...
