Oh this was AWESOME! I am going to have to go back and read it again, but you did a fantastic job with the prompt, and far exceeded my wildest imagination! And the details, from the Friendship Village van to all of the Cardinals gear was so spot on! You did such an amazing job and I can't wait to read and re-read this!

I'm so glad you liked it. I had a bit of a rocky start with it, but by the time I got to Gabriel spouting baseball metaphors, I was having a lot of fun. The end seemed to write itself.
