Summary: Finally Sam felt that the balance was correct.
If anybody of her new friends or acquaintance would learn that she been a guy and then asked her how it felt there would be several answers to it. The physical had not been a bed of roses, not only the operation had included some pain when the wounds had healed and skin been pushed out. She had a few more therapy session with lasers to get some of her hair growth, and that wasn't painless.
The psychic was going to the better as finally Sam felt more balanced than she had ever been. Now the mental fit with her body's appearance and that was the best. She didn't need to feel trapped in the wrong body any longer, and that was the best. Sam would also say that if you never had felt how it was to need to live in something that wasn't you it would be hard to really explain what the true feeling gave when you finally had the one you should have had from the beginning.
To finally find the balance between everything was the most excellent and there were nothing that could go up against it. When the operation was done Sam had felt now she could live as the female she always known she was, and it was great.
