Thanks to some help I was able to screencap this evidence.
This is apparently a portrait of micamonroe made by artisticangelq

In reality this picture was made by a DeviantART artist Karoleenka and it's fanart of (surprise, surprise, once again) the HIM singer Ville Valo.
