Each "panel" was drawn with charcoal.
I had a lot of fun coming up with this! Hopefully my recipient could tell, but the prompt I chose was Prompt 4: One brother is sidelined by something minor, and the other one is injured on the case and unable to contact the first brother. Happy ending, please....
I was given a couple really awesome prompts to work with, but this felt like such classic Supernatural that I caved. Although I realize now that the general "unconscious and bleeding" maybe was a tad excessive to fall under "something minor," I figure Sammy has been through worse, and he probably was up and had dealt with the situation before Dean even arrived.
I decided to keep my interpretation rather simple- since I'm no comic artist but also couldn't figure out a way to fit the prompt very well in one frame, I compromised with a couple panels. It might take a little knowledge of the show and attention to panel titles to get the plot, but I figured my recipient has knowledge enough to do a little extrapolation. Hopefully it checks out, and I hope that Summergen is making for a happier Hiatus!
