It's from the time i read this fic: The Reason by mpregloveranon, that i wanted to read about a Teen! (16 to 19 years old) Anorexic!Mpreg!Sam.
I'd like him to be anorexic (for whatever reason) from at least half a year before he finds out he's pregnant, and i want Dean to be already very worried because of his little brother's (and lover) eating disorder.
And i think it should be Dean's most important "work" to take care of him, put him back on the right path and help him with the reason why he's anorexic, teach him to be strong for their baby, and in the end...make Sam eat again.
