Author sign-ups are open until rough drafts are due - as long as you submit a rough draft by 11:59 PM wherever you are on the date rough drafts are due, then you're in, but signing up early gives us a better idea of how many artists we'll need so don't wait!
*Big bang dates also apply to the second round of mini bangs for those who couldn't finish minis for the first date or whose big bangs didn't end up as long as planned.
Guidelines
The mini bang requires a minimum word count of 5K and is up to 14K. Big bangs are a minimum of 15K, but your story can be as long as you like. You are more than welcome to participate in both the mini and big bangs or transfer your story from one to the other based on your final word count. You will be engaging in a collaborative relationship with your artist, helping them to create the type of art you would like to see accompany your story.
