Dean walked over to the fridge to get a beer but paused when he noticed Sam had stuck up Charlie’s latest postcard, along with five previous ones. Each postcard came from a different European city. It made him feel better knowing the kid was having another adventure even if she hadn’t had much luck finding anything to do with the mark. It made him even happier seeing each card finished with the same words, “Be home soon bitches, love Charlie xox.” They didn’t deserve her. He vowed that the next time she came home she would be safe and loved.
