Stirring, Mohinder rolls onto his back and rubs the back of one hand against his eyes.  He can hear voices and for a moment, he's sure that Sylar's left the television on again.  He actually smiles, ever so slightly, and moves his other arm across the sheets only to realize he's alone.  Sort of.  Those

It does. Peter and Matt stop talking abruptly and share a look, coming to some kind of unspoken agreement before Matt heads for the door, muttering something about making tea, and Peter moves to perch tentatively on the edge of the bed next to Mohinder. They're both worried about him, both want to make sure Mohinder's alright, but they don't want to overwhelm him, either -- it's why Matt stepped out, it's something they talked about beforehand. He'll be back in a minute, once Mohinder realizes he's safe and Peter's had the chance to try and fix a little of the damage Sylar must have done in the last month or two. The offer of tea is real, too, and having some comfort food can't hurt, either.

Peter touches his fingers to Mohinder's shoulder lightly. "Mohinder?"

"Peter?" Mohinder keeps his eyes closed for a moment longer before he gently moves away from Peter's touch. He doesn't want to be here, and certainly not with Peter or Matt. He knows he needs to play this smart, though. He needs to occupy them.

If Sylar doesn't come for him, then at least he'll have known that he kept him safe for as long as possible. But Sylar will come. It's fate.

"Where am I?"

He's not surprised Mohinder doesn't want to be touched -- most abuse victims shy away from it for a long time after they escape their situations -- and he takes his hand away, dropping it into his lap with a small, apologetic look. He didn't mean to make him uncomfortable. "My apartment in New York. Matt and I didn't really think it was a good idea to take you back to your place, just in case, so ... "

New York City. That's a start. All he needs to do is get back to Sylar's apartment. The man should find him there eventually with any luck. Sylar's really been quite good at tracking him down in the past, no matter how much time passes between them.

"Just in case a psychopath decides to hunt me down again?" He's never been good at this game. And they're both telepathic, his captors. They'll find him out sooner rather than later. Still, he smiles. "Thank you."
