I am pretty much good with handwaving her receiving and all information, I thought this might help to get everyone on the same page ESPECIALLY if new castmates arrive, so everyone isn't bombarding them with different stories BUT IT'S WHATEVER REALLY.

Oh! Handwaving is just a slang term to mean assuming something happened ICly that wasn't threaded out. For example, Hughes up there could assume that his canon mates sat down with him and explained everything he has missed in FMA since chapter 15 or whatever, even though we will most likely not thread this out. Hawkeye is from Chapter 101, so we could "handwave" Ran Fan, who is from the final chapter, explaining to her what happened from Chapter 101 to the last chapter as far as she understood it, but we would not actually make a post and thread the whole thing out.

Does that make sense or did I just confuse you? I hope it made sense!
