Since we got a truckload of newbies over the past day or two, I just wanted to make a friendly reminder about Rider's need of a Master. If your character can use magic and has magical energy, no matter how little it may be, then it counts!

I'm not sure if Dlanor would count as a magic user per se, also Dlanor tends to have a dim view of magic. Conversely she does have supernatural abilities, such as the red truth and travelling between fragments...

Do you consider that a reasonable amount of magic or not (if so I'll fill the form in)?

Like I said, even if they have the smallest amount of magical energy they are still regarded as a Magi in Fate/Stay Night. Not a proficient one per se, but a Magi nonetheless.

It's more a question of whether you would consider her as a magi, or just a being with supernatural abilities (like a synchronizer... but different ability).

I played Umineko (and even rp it other places) and, while Dlanor isn't exactly a witch in the game, I think it should be okay. She still uses some magic after all and considered to be a magical being.
