I wouldn't mind it being split up, and more info/descriptions on the areas would be pretty awesome (ngl i love those things!!!).

These pages would be more formatted, offering more descriptions and pictures to help better understand each housing area.

Having it split up in different pages sounds like a good idea to me!

Going with the general consensus here: Split pages would be easier to navigate and it'd give you guys more of a chance to spice up descriptions a little more...
