[ Izaya lived close by to the entranceway, so it wasn't anything unusual for him to be in the area. he liked to keep a close watch on those who found their way here -- after all, he couldn't pass up the opportunity for a valuable asset, a particularly useful pawn.

[Alois doesn't seem all that upset but what this person is telling him, it was the response he was expecting. In fact, he almost seems annoyed that someone's talking to him. They obviously don't know what he's feeling, so he might as well not bother with them.

Still, maybe he could be useful.]

It's called Splendor. Though I highly doubt that's a name you'll recognize.

[he's silent for a few moments. he seems to be thinking about something before looking back up.]

[Alois watches, trying to figure out if he looks familiar, or if he just wishes he did. soon enough, he cuts in front of him and stares straight up. whoever it was, they looked like they would be able to answer his questions.]
