Honestly, it is simply speculation at this point. However, I haven't seen new people arrive since last month.

We will have to see what future months bring. But as of now, that seems to be the case.

People seem to be disappearing at random points. I have yet to see one singular person arrive on their own.

I would hope the city would grow to accommodate them. It certainly seems capable.
