Now, you will pardon me for asking what might be self-evident, but as the various realities can have such different terminology, I must ask you to clarify what you define as a witch.

There are a few types of Witch and Sorcerer, Beatrice is a Territory Witch, who resides in a specific place, and who may only access fragments related to that LOCATION. Such Witches survive by creating an illusion of magic to cover mundane ACTS.
