Um. That I'm not sure about either - I was taken here just a week ago myself. There's supposed to be a masquerade ball being held tonight which might explain things - at least I hope. It's in celebration of a holiday called Halloween.

I suppose that's true. But, as of now, no one knows that way, and the locals won't talk to us either, so I wouldn't bother trying to get information out of them as well.
