[For those of you in Splendor already, you'll probably have noticed the spooky decor the city has donned throughout the past week. With nothing else of of notice to be mentioned, it seemed like everything was just going to be a repeat of last year

[She is not...quite sure how she got here...or why, but instantly, she knows where she is, and she smiles...and she holds the small tot in her arms close to her chest. Hair long, eyes blue and mischievous as other, the woman of her late twenties steps through the entrance...her orange dress's skirts swaying as she moves forward. There are lines on her face, and she's lost the baby fat that had clung to her face. The presence of the little child in her arms, green-skinned, blue-dressed, gives her an image of maturity.

Nura Nal-Dox is back in Splendor, everyone. And she's brought someone with her.]

Everything looks the same...

[ she pulls her close, gently rocking her with the air of someone who has done it before. it seems inherent nature that as both a motherly figure of her country in a sense and one elbow-deep in social projects that she would have this skill. ]

..I can't tell you what this means to me. [ tears slip past closed eyelids, the princess holding her close. ]

[naltorian]

[Nura brings an arm around the princess holding her little princess. She massages Natalia's back soothingly, bringing both girls into her embrace.]

Shhh. It's all right, Your Highness.

I would love to see her grow, but..--[ she sniffs, wiping her eyes. ]

You think I would be used to farewells...

[naltorian]

Shhh. Don't think about that. Don't think about saying goodbye, just... [Darnit, well now she's wiping moisture from her eyes.] Just think of the amazing things we've done.

I know that..[ but the tears keep flowing. ]
It seems after all the goodbyes I've had to give, I am still not used to saying goodbye to those I love.

[ginger_turmoil]

[Oh. This place again? Kyo looks around, pausing when he sees the familiar white hair. She seems older, but he's certain it's Nura. He himself is older now, shortly after he and Tohru finally and clumsily confessed their feelings.]

...Nura?

[naltorian]

Kitty!

Yes, sweetie. That's the kitty.

[Nura smiles, as she finds Kyo, little baby Natty pointing.]

He's still scrawny, but don't let that fool you. [The baby giggles.]

He could kick daddy's nass.

[ginger_turmoil]

[....Yup. That's Nura. And apparently with a baby, no less. Things must have gone well for her and Brainiac back home then. He gives a wry smile at her. Kitty. He had a name, really. And he...wasn't as scrawny as Yuki.]

I have a name, you know. But...it's good to see you again. And what's her name?

[The baby makes grabby hands towards Kyo.]

Natty. Careful. She's a puller.

[ginger_turmoil]

[He's. Still a little awkward and uncertain socially, but he's trying and it's clear he has improved a lot since she last saw him, as he just gives a small smile and reaches a hand for the baby to grab.]

Natty? Short for...Natalia? [He remembers the girl, vaguely at least. Recalls Nura was good friends with the Princess.]

That's right. [Natty grabs his hand, wrapping her chubby fingers around his forefinger.] She has the attitude of royalty, you see.

[ginger_turmoil]

Of course. [A wry smile at his lips as he looks from the baby to Nura.] How old is she? Things have obviously been pretty good for you back home I take it.

[naltorian]

[She beams, ever the proud mother.] Two months old. She was a lot tinier a month ago, but then, her brain is already developing like any Coluan's. [She lifts Natty, the baby reaching out her other hand to Kyo's face.] I'm surprised that Natty wasn't conceived earlier, from the welcome I received when I returned home.

[ginger_turmoil]

Heh. Well, she's...cute. [He assumes she takes after her father, but doesn't seem too surprised on the green, likely from all the stories Nura told him while she was here about space and everything else. He seems a lot more calm and relaxed. Almost content, and doesn't seem to mind (too much) as Nura grabs at his nose.]

A lot happened back home for me too. Big changes. [Not just for him, the whole Sohma family, really.]

She gets it from me. The pout is from her father. [she smooths back Natty's hair.]
