[this makes Ryohei feel bad. he's been neglecting his friends lately; with Kyoko disappearing again as well as all the others, the boxer has been feeling decidedly un-extreme. not wishing to drag everyone else down into the dumps with him he's been training extra hard by himself, but there's only so much you can punch out, no matter how extreme your fist is.
