[Chii was used to waiting for Hideki to get home back in Tokyo, so she has no problem with waiting patiently by the door until Conner gets there. When she hears the knock on the door, she jumps up, throwing the door open in excitement and more or less tackling the young man.

[Well, Chii is lucky he's a strong kid and can take tackles. He just laughs a little awkwardly and pats her back]

[She grabs his hand, smiling happily back at him and leading him into her apartment. The books are set out on a nearby table. Logically, Chii starts with the first one.]

[She holds the book out in front of her as she reads, making sure that Supey can see all of the pretty pictures inside.]

[He sits down, crossing his legs to listen to her. The books are thought for children, for simple minds... which means Supey is totally entranced by it in a moment.]

[The first book doesn't seem to mention any 'special someones', but once she gets halfway through her second book, it becomes clear where these ideas of hers came from.]

'Today I look for someone just for me.

Someone who will love me even if I can't fulfill their wishes.
