[It was probably a safe bet to say that Canada was pinged by cute things and this was one of those moments in which his attention had certainly been gained. Though, that pile of buttons was also rather, well, impressive.]

I could probably stop by and take some buttons off your hands if you don't mind getting rid of a few. [It wasn't that he had an immediate use for them, but having a few around couldn't hurt. There was always a number of things he could do with them, too.]

...I also hope you don't mind me asking, but you wouldn't have happened to make a polar bear, would you?
