I think the ten-year-bazooka has somehow broken. It has been way longer than the usual five minutes and attempting to use it does nothing.

Not sure if I would call it "normal," although it does happen rather often. My younger self doesn't have much discipline. [Not that he's really one to talk...] It doesn't have anything to do with wishing. More like a special skill? [Lying. Kind of. He's not supposed to talk about the bazooka to those outside of the family.]
