[The video opens up on Kiki's slightly bruised face.]

Um, excuse me, but I've crashed my broom...

[The video pans up one of the Alpine districts large, snow covered trees to reveal a broom lodged amongst the top branches, and then back to Kiki's face.]

...and I can't seem to get it down by myself.

Would someone be able to help me?

You should get a special suit like mine.

[Lightly knocks on his yellow costume that he has on.] Sometimes I fall when I am running at high speeds and it protects me. Does your broom have an engine in it or something?

[She eyes his suit and blushes a bit more.] I'm... pretty sure yellow isn't one of the traditional colours.

An engine? [It's a good thing she's been here for a bit, or she'd be really confused right now!] Oh, no. I'm a witch. [Smiles and curtsies.]

... I haven't had flight training yet myself, but I can levitate or conjure wind if that seems helpful to you.

The Alpine District! Um... are you coming by ground or air? Because I'm not sure how to give you directions if your coming by ground...
