[Everyone head on over to the notice board to check out a new notice. Who was it posted by? No one really knows. However, this is time to mingle and get to know the people you've been talking to, since you have to physically walk there to see it

[ says a metal-legged (very obviously, too) pink haired ninja as she steps back from the notice. ]

[Alexei was approaching the notice board and was standing just behind of Sakura. He was staring intently at what was written when he hears what Sakura was saying]

It doesn't seem like we'll have that answer anytime soon.

[ she grimaced, stepping to the side enough to look back at the man behind her. ]

No, least of all if this is how they're choosing to communicate with us.

Hm. Did you happen to see who posted this? [As he asked the question, his eye wandered and noticed that her legs had been constructed out of metal. Hm, that explains the the clanking sound he just heard...curious.]

A pretty poor explanation, but -- an explanation. Technically.

Compared to before we knew even that? Yes, it's an explanation. Having something to call this place at least makes it easier to talk about, and if we can get one notice, then maybe leaving more tacked on beneath it can get us further responses.

Asking these "courteous" locals hasn't worked so far. Maybe they just need it in writing.

[Looking at the notice board, reading it out loud to himself.]

The city transforms..? [Looking at the seal in his hand. So that's how he's able to communicate? Well.. It wasn't exactly a cell phone or laptop..]

It doesn't really explain how we got here and why we are..

[something very small hugs close to the corner of a building, tip-toe and practically ready to float away (the oversized key's a nice little anchor, though). safe, metal walls were now HELLO BIG GIANT BRICKS AND BIG PEOPLE WITH BIG NOISES HERE TO TERRIFY YOU.

chey is appropriately terrified. he curls his fingers on the wall and ducks his head, trying to listen for familiar voices in the mess of sounds around him.]

chey stops rocking on his heels and freezes, bug eyes just slightly buggier as he starts to crane his neck...slowly...up.
