[ this is a rather... sad view. he can only see his back but it's easy to tell it's snake, specially with all his little followers around. the cloak is somewhat-- nostalgic. he doesn't approach, but he's sure he's been found out already, anyway. ]

[he had been much more agitated the first day he noticed that smile had been gone -- and black, but he had figured black went wherever smile did; snake just hadn't been able to catch up. even so, even now he had no patience to deal with someone who was just going to bait his anger, or bother him, or speak arbitrarily, or anything other than be -- understanding. it was just a shame that even he realized he didn't know many people who fell into the last category.
