Fay-san used to be able to do magic as well. [ Gently, she takes Ashlin's hands in hers. ] I don't want to trouble you, but knowing Ashlin will be there for me... thank you.
[She lets out a breath she didn't know she was holding in. Ashlin feels like a weight has been lifted off her shoulders. She doesn't have to lie here. Maybe. . . maybe she could actually have friends here. Maybe people wouldn't think she was crazy anymore.]
It wouldn't be any trouble I promise. [This is what being friends is right? Helping others. She'd like to be friends. She's never really had a friend unless you count Bo-Bo but he's always been with her for as long as she can remember. He's a part of her, something deeper than a friend.] I want to help you Sakura.
[Ash is a bit taken aback, but offers a small shy smile.]
I don't need anything Sakura, but well, would you be my friend?
[The last part is slightly rushed, and she isn't sure if she's doing this right. This making friends thing, but Ash never has been very good at beating around the bush.]
[A large smile on her own face, Ashlin decides she likes this place already. Though Bo-Bo had been exploring he is drawn back by the burst of joy coming from his person. Once he reaches Ashlin and Sakura he trills curiously at the human holding Ashlin's hands, and looks between the two questioningly]
Then you don't need to do anything else for me Sakura!
[She'll answer Bo-Bo later, Sakura seems very kind but Ash doesn't want to take chances]
[Bo-Bo is almost as taken aback as his person at being addressed but recovers enough to trill a happy greeting at Sakura, though he is unable to give her his name.]
His name is Bo-Bo. [Ash is smiling now, happy to be able to share Bo-Bo with someone for once.] We've been together for as long as I can remember.
[Trilling at her again Bo-Bo wraps himself around Sakura in his version of a hug before returning to his usual position flouting around Ashlin. Ashlin laughs softly.] He likes you.
Bo-Bo's my best friend. He's always there when I need him. [There is obvious affection in her voice and Bo-Bo nuzzles her cheek in response.]
Ah. Hello! [ Sakura nods her head. ] Do you know anyone named Chey, miss? Or Elizabeth?

Who's your friend? [ She tilts her head at the creature. ]

No one can ever see him. . . [She practically breaths this part, overwhelmed that her new friend might be able to see what no one ever does.]
