[Anyone wishing to annoy William will find him on his way back from work at the library. And gosh is it hot out. So hot that William has given up on trying to keep his hair neatly parted, and now it's wet and dangling in his face, and he's actually resorted to removing that suit jacket of his, undoing his tie, and riding himself of those stifling

[Stops mid walk when a cheery, young girl greets him. He's a bit confused as to why someone would walk around in a bathing suit when they weren't remotely near the beach.]
