I suppose you could have hats and fields in the ocean if you really wanted--why not? There's a whole other world out there, called Wales, and it isn't even beneath the sea.

It's terrible hard being all on your own. When I left the hatshop to seek my fortune, I talked quite a bit to my stick, and then a scarecrow, and that didn't quite turn out nice. Don't you have anyone to talk to where you are?
