[Eraqus stopped a moment to watch the young woman give orders to the doll, and to watch it react. Truthfully, it impressed him. This was a skill he had never encountered, likely it was of a world that his Order had no access to. Which was a mild disappointment because such knowledge could benefit them, increase their understanding of how other worlds developed since they were separated.

After a few minutes of watching, Eraqus approached the young woman.]

Quite an impressive skill, you have.

[The man who suddenly approached her and then offered a compliment on her ability controlling Mr. Mew certainly caught Shiki off-guard. She never thought her psych was anything special, really. It was just something essential for her to master in order to win the Reapers' Game and get her life back. She had no prior training and was literally playing it by ear during her run in the Game, discovering what she could do with the Groove Pawn pin.]

Oh! Uh, th-thank you! [Blushing in embarrassment.] I-It's not really that--Um, great? Ehehe...

[Mr. Mew looks up at his master, gently poking the girl's leg with his paw. This made Shiki pick up the plush cat and cuddle him in her arms.]

[There's a slight chuckle from Eraqus as he watches the doll poke her in the leg. It even appear to have a will of its own. Her psych is special enough that it caught his attention.]

Do you practice often? I imagine you could do some truly extraordinary feats.

[spazalot]

Um, not exactly. [Not recently, anyway. Shifting her hold on Mr. Mew before continuing.] I did, well, train a lot back home.

[If clearing missions for 7 days and doing Chain Battles to become stronger was some form training. ;;]

[She's pretty much resigned to the fact that anyone who wasn't a Local just saw everything she did right now. orz; Shiki made a sweeping motion with her whole arm--]

Take off!

[--making Mr. Mew jump and soar through the air before it landed on Shiki's head. He seems pretty comfortable up there.]

Nope~ No strings. I'm the one who's moving him.

... Well, sorta? [Mr. Mew then climbs down in order to sit on Shiki's shoulder.] He does his own thing.

[It's a little tough to explain to someone who wasn't familiar with the Game. ;;]

So it's like... a Pokemon, then?

[ he leans down to look at it while crobat flies suspiciously around. ]

[Pokemon? This boy probably came from the same world as Ash.]

Uh, yeah! Sorta... But Mr. Mew isn't exactly--

[And she finally notices the crobat flying around.]

--alive.

[Is stopping and staring okay? Because that's what the young Rion will do, all wide-eyed. Because that is basically the coolest thing ever.]

[Totally okay! Since Rion hasn't approached her yet, Shiki will just keep on testing Mr. Mew. She scoops a handful of snow, rolling it tightly into a ball. When she was done, Shiki nods to the plushie.]

Ready?

[Mr. Mew salutes to her in response, jumping down from the bench and landing on the pathway again. Shiki snaps her fingers and now the plushie was sporting claws.]

GO!

[Here comes the wind up and the pitch! Shiki then made a swift movement with her other arm, making the plush cat airborne. He sliced through the snowball with ease. However, that didn't seem to satisfy the girl yet. Shiki rolled another snowball and threw that one in the opposite direction to where Mr. Mew was.]

Again!

[SMASH! Bye bye snowball # 2]

[In a display of being both awkward and easily amused, Rion claps delightedly. At this point he's convinced that Shiki is some sort of amazing puppeteer or something, but there's no strings -- maybe it's magic.

Whatever it is, it's the coolest magic he's ever seen. (Okay, maybe not, but it's on someone way more relateable than a scary witch.)]

[spazalot]

[jskgdkjad The clapping was totally unexpected and it made her lose concentration. Mr. Mew's descent from the air was a little shaky than Shiki would have like. Once the plush was firmly in her arms, she turns around to the new arrival and said.]

P-please don't scare me like that!!

[nicepartner]

[Well, Ash is definitely going to bother her. Why? It's because that is so neat and awesome, of course! Watching for a bit longer, as Shiki seemed to control her cute and adorable black cat plush doll. Huh... wasn't there something about black cats being, you know, 'bad luck'? Oh, well.

That wasn't important now. But... Pikachu is quite curious about this as well, jumping down from its trainer's shoulder, bobbing its head to the right, twitching its black oval-shaped nose, examining the small cat before giving a cry of, "Pi?"

That obviously means that Ash has been spotted afterwards, right? Right! Well, either way - it doesn't matter. Laughing sheepishly, Ash finally talks himself, saying:]

Er, hey, Shiki! [Then, looking curiously at Mr. Mew...] How're you making that thing move?

[Shiki turns around at the sound off the "Pi?". She gives a gasp of surprise. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?]

Uh... hi there? [Mr. Mew goes over to Shiki and he's sitting on her shoulder, looking intently at Pikachu.]

[spazalot]

[Whatever this yellow creature was, it's kinda cute! Shiki kneels to its level, giving him a pet on the head.]

Aww~ Aren't you cute?

Done

[spazalot]

[She looks up at the sound of Ash's voice, her hand leaving Pikachu's head so that Shiki could wave at the boy.]

Hey Ash!

[A beat and then]

Oh, uh, I'm the one making him move...
