My own's coming up, and I know it's kinda close to the holidays, but... I kinda know what it's like to not have your birthday celebrated if you want it to be. So, yeah. Birthdays if you want presents?

If I can. I know what it's like to not to have it celebrated. It's not fun.

The priests at the monastery never failed to acknowledge my birthday, at least, so I imagine I was more fortunate than many in that regard. But it was rarely anything more than a passing mention.

It had not occurred to me until now, but if I'm still here for the next one, perhaps it would be a nice change to make something special of the day.

I was a normal kid, but my birthday's so close to Christmas and New Year's... So we can't celebrate both.
