I'd assume so. If it doesn't hurt anyone in the castle, it probably doesn't hurt anyone in the city.

Well, the library likes to change its shape now and then... A bunch of us got lost in it a while back thanks to that. And then Jon and I found that theater that just seemed to appear out of nowhere...
