This was so utterly cute that I'm sitting here grinning at the screen. :) I loved the different iterations of all the things Pepper keeps herself from doing, and the running gags about the shoes were awesome. Lots of little things, like Rhodey taking her out for sushi, just play really well, and the banter is just awesome. What a great way to start a Monday!

omg i don't think i love anybody as much as i love you right this minute! this was so perfect and exactly what i needed to cheer me up this morning (tough student interactions are always the perfect monday beginnings). i love the repetition of "she did not say:" love the structure that gives the story. and the shoe porn ( i had to google the jimmy choos--were they the t-strap ones? *guh*)!! so funny and sweet and sartorially hot! oh thanks a million for this!
