Oh, just the usual: female characters being held to ridiculous standards while male characters get lauded or empathized with for the same behavior criticized in female characters. Women bitching about how female characters are stereotyped, and then turning around and sticking female characters right back into those very same stereotypes, even when there's canon to the contrary. Same old, same old.
Mine used to be really long (waist and mid back) and stick straight. And when I finally cut it short, it was like *sproing!* I have a lot of natural curl, but really fine hair, and too much weight makes it go straight. I think it went straight again, even short, because conditioner weighs it down. But without conditioner, it frizzes. VICIOUS CIRCLE.
My hair is quite nice today too - it's got that nice sorta 30's style wave to it. The color is a bit... off (a bit more burgundy than coppery, but meh, it's what I get for doing it myself), but I can live with it.
I always use a little more than they recommend (and your hair is longish still right? so maybe closer to a double dose). And I only use it occasionally in summer, but I'm using it every day now, with a break on the weekends, and I'm not seeing any real buildup yet, since you shampoo it out. And I don't condition at all anymore. Just this stuff then a light shampooing.

And meh. More of the usual. Just tired, and that always makes me more susceptible to the grumpies.
And hey, can I get your mailing address? Nothing nefarious! I promise! ;)
