I did durvive and fled to the con. Where we spent a lot of time in the bar. Amaretto Sours? OMG YUM.

I feel your pain. Probably for different reasons, but I feel for ya.

Two days in a row, the phone at work rang non-stop for 4 hours straight (I kid you not) and I was alllll alone (to answer stupid questions from people who think they are funny, or are irritated I'm not psychic). The amusing thing, it only stopped yesterday because the line was disconnected (unfortunately it was activated again before I even got there this morning). It seems somebody at corporate didn't tell the phone company that the office moved. *giggle* They hadn't received a bill since September. *snort* I had to take care of all this from my cell phone. Good thing I don't get charged long distance and have more minutes than I can use. I'm so glad I have Friday off.

Dude, That sucks. I ended up stuck with the main desk phone for three days last week, and GAH. It made me appreciate my cozy little office and my usually very quiet direct line A LOT.
