Dude. Thank god they are few and far between, because I really can't handle fic that deals with infertility. Not because it hits too close to home, but because after five years of dealing with it myself, and three years of treatment, I know far too much about the process to not read these stories and go, "What? WHAT? NO. That's... NO. OMG.

Sorry about all the bad infertility fic. If you're going to put medicine/science in your fic it's really pretty easy to fact check it now. I have my own triggers (and a varies lot they are, too) and am right there with you!

I haven't written a fandom story with infertility, but I did go somewhat into that territory with an original fic, except that maybe I went into the deep end of someone's sanity with it... ahem, let's just say that I hope you never see that story.
The Art Fair always seemed to be too much trouble to go to, despite the fact that I used to work in Ann Arbor for years. And even though I sometimes end up at UofM Hospital, I still avoid downtown Ann Arbor even on calmer days. Those narrow streets are wicked!!

Thankfully they finished repaving Washtenaw the week before, otherwise it would have been a nightmare.
