I've heard a member of the development team for this program actually went to Ball State, so it's not like they just randomly chose a losercollege out of hatred :P

Ah, that's good to know. I just thought they liked the fact that the word "ball" was going to be consistently used. ;) Don't hate on the Cardinals, ya'll!

Haha, yeah, it was so funny to see all this taking place in Indiana. Really makes you proud, no? ;-)

Am I the only one who thinks they're using the term "celebrity" a little too broadly?

But, on the upside, this show does have me seriously considering becoming a reserve deputy. I mean, if LaToya Jackson can do it...

That's why I said "so-called celebrities" above. I only watched for about 10 minutes or so towards the end of the show, but I did see LaToya pointing a gun and the look of incredulous disbelief and fear on Jack Osbourne's face. Ha, ha, ha! I'd be scared too. I think they faked her gunshots on the target so they could keep her on the show.

Yeah, her ineptitude is astounding.

But, I kind of look at this show as being a good indication that "reality TV" is running out of ideas. And I, frankly, welcome that. I'm ready for TV to fake it back a notch, and start making some decent fiction (instead of bad reality) again.
