Although I can't say that the head of HR here fits the description of anyone in particular from The Office, his quote today sounded a bit like a Michael quote.

We were discussing the content of a flyer I wrote for him for a recruitment open house next week.  He added a paragraph about the benefits we offer here, one of them being a "casual dress

Should I send Liam over in his Mustang to pick up the loot? haha. Actually I still have to steer for him - he hasn't gotten that down yet.
